Column Headers Messed Up on Exported Message Tracker List

Situation

: After opening an exported list from message tracker, the column headers are not matching up with the correct columns.

Resolution

:
When using an application such as Open Office to open an exported message tracker list, you need to set the 'separated by' options to Comma only. See screenshot below:


Now the column headers should line up correctly.
