Post Reporting problem
To whom it may concern

I want to see the amount of space used by each user on there mailboxes. When I select
>Query reports > Select table > GroupWise user > Run CSV report > I select 5000 items.I open the report in CSV format in Microsoft Excel or OppenOffice. The problem is out of the 5000 items, there is about 100 - 150 items which is garbadge info , see paragraph 2 example.Every item should read, ( see paragraph 1 ).How can I solve this problem ? or is there an improvement on reporting in the next Redline Service Pack release ?

Paragraph 1
Name Post Office Full Name Mailbox Size (KB) Max Mailbox Size
Training MCO.MCD Training Training [] 17032 204800

Paragraph 2

Post Re: Reporting problem
Redline Build 948 is due out sometime within the next week or two. I would definitely update to build 948 once it is released and see if that helps resolve these reporting issues.

If it still continues I would recommend contacting Redline support and opening a support incident.

Thanks.

Hi, I am an user of Redline support and currently using the updated version Build 948 . I found that the reporting issues are
solved in this version that was found in the previous versions. I would recommend everyone to continue with the Redline support.
