Post Create Report
Hello.

Based on the Report "GroupWise Client Version Analysis" I want to create a more detailed report here.
Is ist possible to create a list report that shows
Username
Workstationname (or ip-address)
Clientversion

?
I need this for update the workstations wih older GW clients.

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Best regards

Post Re: Create Report
Hello,
There are a couple of ways you could run this report. You could just create a Query report selecting GroupWise connections as your table. Then you can just hide the columns you wish to omit from the report. You can also run a filter on this query if you want. Change the amount of rows you want to see on the right side, give the query report a name and click on List Rep.

Another way you can do it is go to Create Report and for the table select GroupWise Connections.
Give it a title, file name and header text whatever you choose.
Then select Chart Type as Table (default)
For the Columns to display select User Name--User IP Address ---GW Client Version (or any others you want to have in the report). Just hold down the CTRL key to select multiple columns.

For simplicity just keep the rest of the settings as is and click on save, and then preview to preview your report. Edit, run filters as you see fit.

Keep in mind this is all based off of the new Redline 4 reporting.

Thank you.

Hello dparcell.

Thanks for your answer.

The first solution is the best way for me.
@ Developers: What I miss here some points:
When your filter date-fields, there are no values like now or today.
Some mor filter options would be nice.
Like. Search all clients where operationsystem = Windows
and last logindate = today (or last week, last month, ...)

Best regards

Dirk
