Post GWCheck logs not Automatically Importing
I've just set up Redline 3.1 on a SLES 10 SP2 server with agents on my NetWare 6.5 SP 8 servers which host GroupWise 8 SP1 services. The last couple of days I've been hard pressed to figure out why my reporting features of Redline were not giving me any detailed reports for anything on the POA. On a whim I manually copied the 3 GWCheck files over to my Redline Console's import folder, and everything imported.

What can I check to see why my Redline system isn't automatically scanning the PO/wpscout/CHK directory and finding these folders. I think that I'm probably having similar issues with some of my other GW services like WebAccess for the login detail report, but I have an immediate need to do some post office reporting.

Thanks!

There is a problem with GroupWise 8. Novell broke the SOAP call that Redline uses to retrieve the ACCT files. They have fixed it, but you must update to GroupWise 8.0 SP1 HP1.

I'm currently running SP1 HP1 and it still isn't automatically grabbing the logs. Maybe I don't have something configured correctly. Anyway, what I did was to install the NClient on the Redline system and just manually copy the files to the import directory. The logs are created nightly and take about 5 min to import. Since I don't need this information daily it has been working ok for now.
