Post Remove RLAgent
Hello.
I've got a short question. How can I remove a RLAgent in Redline 4.1.0 build 1022?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Best regards

To remove a Rlagent from Redline:

-Stop the Agent on the Server that it is monitoring. (rcrlagent stop)
-The next step is to stop the redline agent on the server from registering to the Control Center. You can either remove, or rename the rlagent.conf in the /opt/beginfinite/redline/conf directory or uninstall the redline agent from the server.

To uninstall Redline agent: type rpm -q redline. This will give you the Redline rpm and version that is installed i.e. redline-4.1.0-1.
Then type: rpm -e redline-4.1.0-1.
Note: If this is the Control Center server this will uninstall the Control Center with it. If that is the case, rename the rlagent.conf instead.
Also, once you uninstall redline, it will remove the rlagent.conf file automatically. If you reinstall the redline agent back on the server, you will need to configure the rlagent.conf again.

-Log into the Control Center. Click on System View | Redline Maps. Find the Redline agent you want to remove and click on it.
-Click on Settings tab.
-At the bottom click the button: Remove Agent

Then proceed through the rest of the System View | Redline map and remove any software agents that were associated with the Redline Agent you removed. Click on them, then go to manage and click on Remove agent.

Thank you.
