Post GWAVA 7 - commands for Ubuntu
Support,

We are upgrading from GWAVA 6.5 that runs on Linux to GWAVA 7 on Ubuntu

The old GWAVA Linux commands such as "rcgwavaman status", "rcgwavaman stop", etc no longer work on Ubuntu.

Can someone please detail GWAVA status, stop and start commands that can be run on Ubuntu for GWAVA 7.

Regards,
Dale.

Hi Dale,

With GWAVA 7, it is best to see if a module is running (or to stop or restart it) from the management web page. You can do this under Module management | module status.

- If you need to do this from a prompt, you'll need to make sure you switched to the root user by typing: sudo su
- Then change directories to /etc/init.d by typing: cd /etc/init.d
- Then run: ./gwava7 status (for status, stop and start work as well)
